How to install the Ciara x Pipedrive integration.

Log in to your Ciara account and go to the settings by clicking on the ⚙️-icon in the Ciara navigation bar. Select "Integrations."

Scroll down to the "CRM" section and Choose Pipedrive as your CRM tool by clicking the blue "Connect" button in the Pipedrive box.

A pop-up window will open, asking you to allow Ciara to access your Pipedrive account. Click on the green "Allow and continue" button to finish the installation. 

How to use the Ciara x Pipedrive integration.

The Ciara x Pipedrive integration allows you to auto-log your calls and notes from Ciara in Pipedrive. To do so, you need to start your calls with Ciara from within Pipedrive.

Go to your Pipedrive account and select either a contact/person detail view or Deal.
Click on the action button with the symbol "..." and click on"Create call" next to the Ciara icon in the dropdown menu.

A window with all your Ciara templates will open directly from Pipedrive. Just select one, and the call starts. Your notes will automatically get synced with Pipedrive once you finish the call. 

💡 Note: If you don't start your Ciara meeting from within Pipedrive, you're meeting summary can't be synced to Pipedrive!
