To use your Ciara account, you'll receive an email from us with a confirmation link and will need to confirm your email address within 48 hours after signup. All you need to do is to click the link in the email, et voila, your email address is confirmed.
What if I never received a confirmation email from Ciara?
If you never received an email from us, the email may have landed in your spam folder. Sometimes our emails are blocked or filtered as spam by certain email providers or internet service providers (ISPs), so take a look in your spam folder.
How do I get a new confirmation email?
